Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TADKEER INFORMATION SOLUTION ("AiPSoft", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use AiPSoft MessageHub (the "Service"), available at https://messagehub.aipsoft.com/, including our WhatsApp Business messaging, shared inbox, templates, broadcasts and automation features.
MessageHub is a business tool. Our customers ("Clients") are businesses that use the Service to communicate with their own customers, prospects and contacts over WhatsApp ("End Users"). This policy covers both Clients and End Users.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information Clients give us
- Account information – name, business name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed), billing details and subscription plan.
- Team information – names and email addresses of staff members a Client invites to its workspace.
- Content – message templates, campaign content, automation flows, contact lists and notes that Clients create or upload.
2.2 Information received from Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform)
When a Client connects its WhatsApp Business Account to MessageHub through Meta's Embedded Signup, we receive, through the WhatsApp Cloud API, certain information that Meta refers to as "Platform Data", including:
- WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, business portfolio ID, display name and verification status;
- business phone number IDs, quality rating and messaging limits;
- message templates and their approval status;
- messages sent and received on the Client's business phone number (text, media, interactive replies), message status events (sent, delivered, read, failed) and conversation/billing category;
- End User WhatsApp phone numbers, profile names and, where the End User shares it, their profile picture;
- a long-lived access token that allows MessageHub to act on the Client's behalf.
We use Platform Data only to provide the Service to the Client that owns the connected WhatsApp Business Account, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies and the WhatsApp Business Terms and Policies.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Log data – IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps and error reports.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used (see our Cookie Policy).
3. How we use information
| Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|
| Provide the Service | Send and receive WhatsApp messages on the Client's behalf, display conversations in the shared inbox, manage templates, run broadcasts and automations, show delivery and read status. |
| Account management and support | Create and secure accounts, respond to support requests, notify Clients about service changes. |
| Billing | Calculate usage, issue invoices and collect payments. |
| Security and integrity | Detect abuse, spam or violations of the WhatsApp Business Policy, protect the quality rating of Client phone numbers. |
| Improve the Service | Aggregate, de-identified analytics about feature usage and reliability. |
| Legal compliance | Comply with applicable UAE and international laws and lawful requests from authorities. |
4. Legal bases
Where data-protection laws (such as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, or the EU/UK GDPR) require a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with the Client; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Service; compliance with legal obligations; and, where required, consent. Clients are responsible for having a lawful basis (including any opt-in required by WhatsApp) before messaging their End Users.
5. Roles: controller and processor
For End User data processed inside a Client's workspace, the Client is the data controller and AiPSoft acts as a data processor on the Client's documented instructions. For account, billing and usage data about Clients themselves, AiPSoft is the controller.
6. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. / WhatsApp – messages and related data are transmitted through the WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta's handling of that data is described in the WhatsApp Business Data Processing Terms and Meta's privacy policies.
- Infrastructure and service providers – cloud hosting, database, storage, email delivery and payment processors, each bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Within the Client's workspace – team members the Client has authorised.
- Legal – when required by law, court order or to protect the rights, property or safety of AiPSoft, our Clients or the public.
- Business transfers – if AiPSoft is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to this policy.
We do not transfer Platform Data to any third party except as described above or with the Client's explicit instruction.
7. International transfers
Our servers are located in the United Arab Emirates and/or in reputable cloud regions chosen for the Client's plan. When information is transferred across borders we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual clauses, as required by applicable law.
8. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls and role-based permissions, hashed passwords, audit logging, network security and regular backups. Meta access tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed in the browser. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure; Clients are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for enabling two-factor authentication on their Meta accounts.
9. Data retention
- Messages and contacts are retained for as long as the Client's workspace is active, or for a shorter period if the Client configures one.
- After a subscription ends, Client data remains exportable for 30 days, after which it is deleted from production systems within 90 days. Encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 90 days.
- Platform Data obtained from Meta is deleted when the Client disconnects its WhatsApp Business Account, when the Client's account is deleted, or when Meta requires deletion, whichever comes first.
- Billing and tax records are kept as required by UAE law (typically 5 years).
10. Your rights and data deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing.
10.1 Clients
You can export your data from the MessageHub dashboard at any time. To delete your workspace and all data in it, including all Platform Data received from Meta, either:
- go to Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace in MessageHub, or
- email support@aipsoft.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address registered on the account.
We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You can also revoke MessageHub's access at any time from your Meta Business Portfolio (Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps); when you do, we delete the associated access token and Platform Data as described in section 9.
10.2 End Users
If a business has messaged you using MessageHub and you want your data corrected or deleted, please contact that business first, as it controls your data. You may also email support@aipsoft.com; we will forward your request to the relevant Client and assist them in fulfilling it. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP or by blocking the business in WhatsApp.
11. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites or services (for example, payment gateways). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this URL with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify Clients by email or in-app notice.
